Architect

Pavel Vasilevich is the head of the bureau and the author of the vast majority of completed projects.
His professional career as an architect includes more than 30 completed projects in various countries and regions.
In 1998, he graduated from the Moscow Architectural Institute with honors, defending his diploma at the Department of Residential and Public Buildings and Structures.

From 1997 to 2003, he worked at the Moscow Municipal Institute, in his father’s architectural studio. He participated in the development of medical and sports facility projects. For his contribution to a medical facility project, he was awarded a certificate of appreciation by the Moscow City Government for achievements in completed constructions.

Since 2003, he has been engaged in private professional practice. He led and created around ten countryside villas within the territory of the Pestovo Golf and Yacht Club. Additionally, the developer implemented his design for a 150-meter-long floating Yacht Club. The project remains popular and relevant to this day.

Since 2009, the architect has continued his professional career in Madrid, Spain, gaining recognition for his professional qualifications. The Polytechnic University of Madrid, one of the oldest architectural schools in the world, provided the opportunity to attain a higher level of professional knowledge.
While advancing his knowledge and continuing architectural practice, Pavel has carried out several notable projects in Benidorm and Xàbia (province of Alicante), and in Gavà (province of Barcelona). These include both reconstruction and renovation projects as well as new construction.
He is also creating new and large-scale contemporary projects in the Valencia region. At present, several residential complexes and buildings are under development in different parts of the world.

Applying his professional expertise in architecture and construction, and constantly expanding his knowledge of modern construction technologies, the architect helps bring a wide variety of projects to life.
Working with both private and corporate clients, he successfully implements business strategies that transform living environments and create a new way of life for modern individuals and society as a whole.

With extensive knowledge in business administration as well, he creates popular real estate products, managing the entire project lifecycle—from selecting land plots and designing to construction and final sale of completed properties.
