Pavel Vasilevich leads our firm as Director and Principal Architect, serving as the visionary behind the vast majority of our works. With a consolidated international career, his portfolio encompasses over 30 completed projects across diverse regions and countries.
Education and Early Achievements.
Graduating with honors in 1998 from the Moscow Institute of Architecture, Pavel specialized in the Department of Residential and Public Buildings. Between 1997 and 2003, he collaborated with the Moscow Municipal Institute within his father’s architectural practice, playing an active role in the development of medical and sports infrastructure. His technical excellence and innovative design earned him a Diploma of Recognition from the Moscow City Government.
Consolidation and Iconic Projects.
Since 2003, Pavel has practiced independently, notably leading the design of a dozen luxury villas within the exclusive Pestovo Golf & Yacht Club. A standout milestone in his career is the design of a 150-meter-long floating yacht club, a cutting-edge feat of engineering and aesthetics that remains a benchmark of modern design to this day.
Professional Career in Spain and Recognition
In 2009, Pavel moved his practice to Madrid, where he achieved an advanced level of specialization at the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM), one of the world’s most prestigious architecture schools. His tenure in the capital consolidated his ability to seamlessly fuse technical architecture with contemporary aesthetics.
Since then, he has left a significant mark on the Mediterranean coast with high-profile renovation and new-build projects in Benidorm, Xàbia (Alicante), and Gavà (Barcelona).
Current Vision and International Reach.
Currently, the firm is headquartered in the Valencia region, from which it leads large-scale contemporary residential projects. Despite our local base, we maintain a global operation, working actively throughout the Spanish territory and internationally, developing building complexes tailored to the specific needs of each region.

End-to-End Management: Leveraging his background in Business Administration, Pavel manages the complete project lifecycle: from strategic land selection and architectural design to site management and final commercialization.
